Orders and customer account
We store your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you provide one, and your order details.
Legal basis: performance of the sales contract. Without this data the order cannot be processed.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number: only a transaction reference and the amount reach us.

Your address is passed to the carrier and to the shipping-rate service, solely for delivery.

Site visits
We record the pages viewed, the entry page, the site you came from, the device type and your IP address. A session identifier is kept in your browser's memory for the duration of your visit and disappears when the tab is closed.
The IP address is used to determine the country and approximate city, through ip-api.com. It is not used to identify you personally.
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no tracking cookies.

Emails
For commercial messages we record whether they were delivered, opened and whether a link was clicked. This tells us what draws interest and lets us stop writing to those it does not.

Business prospecting
Our prospecting file contains business contact details — email address, business name, country — collected from publicly accessible professional websites.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in making our products known to professionals in the same sector.
You may object at any time, without giving a reason, via the unsubscribe link or by email. An objection is applied immediately and permanently: your address is placed on a suppression list so that no future import can reintroduce it. That list serves no other purpose.
Who receives your data
Stripe, Inc. — payment (United States).

Supabase, Inc. — database and storage (European Union).
Shippo — shipping rates and labels (United States).
ip-api.com — approximate visitor geolocation (European Union).
OVH SAS — website hosting (France).
No data is sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Our company is established in the United States, as are some of our providers. These transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
United States law does not offer a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union, particularly regarding access by public authorities.
Retention periods
Orders and invoices: ten years, as required by accounting obligations.
Customer account: until you ask for it to be deleted.
Visit data: twelve months.
Prospecting file: until you object.
Suppression list: indefinitely, because it is what guarantees we will not write to you again.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
